The Business Development Center Organic Electronics is planned to be a multifunctional office and laboratory building for you. Office space, workshops and wet labs up to maximum biosafety level BSL-2, and clean-room compatible spaces are available on three floors. The layout allows a high degree of flexibility in space utilization. In addition to the workspaces, the BDC OE will include a conference area as well as a cafeteria and two coworking rooms, which can be rented by the hour, day or week. As a tenant, you decide whether you just want to rent a desk or an entire office with laboratory space.
